Cathedral International School has a medical department with all the facilities and equipment required. It is currently assisted by a Doctor, which provides first aid services or primary care throughout the school day.
Upon entry into the school parents must complete a medical form that will be kept at this department and also will be updated at different stages of the student’s school life.
In the case of administering any medication during school hours, the parent or guardian must send a prior authorization signed and detailing the name of the drug, the dosage to be administered and frequency (hours). No student is allowed to carry any medication, because of the danger that this may pose.
At the same time, the school has insurance coverage for accidents that might occur in or out of school hours.
